Every Plate Disc is printed to order, just for you — nothing sits in a warehouse. That means we can't take returns the way a big-box store does, but it also means we stand behind every disc we print with a guarantee we think is better.
🛡️ Our 30-Day "We'll Make It Right" Guarantee
If your Plate Disc arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right — your choice of a free reprint or a full refund. Just email support@platedisc.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. You never need to ship anything back. Keep it, toss it, or give it to a friend — we'll have a replacement on the way or a refund issued, usually within one business day.
What's covered
- Arrived damaged or broken
- Print defects — blurring, fading, color errors, off-center printing
- Wrong design or wrong item shipped
- Doesn't clip onto a standard license plate frame
- Lost in transit by the carrier
What's not covered
Change of mind. Because every disc is custom-printed when you order it, we can't accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or ordered the wrong design. Please double-check your cart before checking out — and remember, you can cancel any order free within 24 hours by emailing us, as long as it hasn't been printed yet.
Problems in customer-supplied artwork. For Custom Plate Discs, we print exactly what you create in our live designer — and we proof every design before printing. We'll always fix our printing mistakes, but we can't offer refunds for issues that were part of the uploaded artwork itself, such as low-resolution images or typos in your text.
Incorrect shipping address. If an order ships to an address entered incorrectly at checkout, we're happy to reprint and reship it at cost — just contact us.
How to make a claim
- Email support@platedisc.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number (it's in your confirmation email) and a photo of the problem.
- Tell us whether you'd like a free reprint or a full refund. That's it.
Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically appearing within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
